The polarized fermion annihilation process was considered in the lowest order of
perturbative theory of electroweak interaction in the frame of traceless method
(method of basis spinors). Both differential and total cross sections were calculated
and analyzed. Precise fermion mass and weak interaction effects contribution into the
total and differential cross sections were investigated. The limit of
ultra-relativistic particles scattering suitable for ILC experiments is discussed.
